How it works: Add Package Protection at checkout. If anything happens to your order, contact support@cleangirlstore.com within 30 days of your ship date, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no back-and-forth, no proof-of-loss forms.

Package Protection is optional. Orders without it are shipped uninsured; CleanGirlStore is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier.
