Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from CleanGirlStore. If something isn't quite right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

Quick Summary

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery to request, 7 more days to ship back
  • Condition: Unworn, with original tags and packaging
  • Return shipping: Paid by customer (unless damaged or wrong item)
  • Refund timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • No exchanges — return for refund and place a new order instead

What's Returnable

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original garment packaging, including the SKU label

Items returned without meeting these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the return entirely.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, cover-ups)
  • Intimates, Lingerie & Loungewear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty & cosmetics
  • Face masks

How to Start a Return

Email support@cleangirlstore.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Once approved, please ship your return within 7 days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping in full.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@cleangirlstore.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

When You'll Get Your Refund

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process
  • 3-10 additional business days for your bank or card to post the refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once we process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We process orders within 1-3 business days — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it's on its way, standard return rules apply.
