Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only, including all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

How much does shipping cost?

$9.99 flat rate on all orders, and FREE shipping on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then:

  • 2-5 business days for items shipped from our US warehouses
  • 5-10 business days for items shipped from our overseas warehouses

Most orders arrive within the upper end of these windows.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Not at this time — we only offer Standard Shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at support@cleangirlstore.com.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in the original garment packaging with the SKU label.

Are any items final sale?

Yes — for hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, cover-ups)
  • Intimates, Lingerie & Loungewear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty & cosmetics
  • Face masks

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product — in those cases, we cover return shipping in full.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing, plus 3-10 additional business days for your bank or card to post the refund.

Is there a restocking fee?

Items returned outside our policy conditions (e.g., missing tags, late returns, missing SKU label) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the return entirely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it's on its way, our standard return policy applies.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email support@cleangirlstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

What if I received the wrong item?

Email support@cleangirlstore.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
