Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only, including all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Shipping Rates

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or sales periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

2-5 business days for items shipped from our US warehouses
5-10 business days for items shipped from our overseas warehouses

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive within the upper end of these windows.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available at this time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us at support@cleangirlstore.com.

Large Orders

For orders exceeding $800 in value, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply per U.S. trade regulations. CleanGirlStore covers these fees when applicable — there are no extra charges to you as the customer.

While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
