Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from CleanGirlStore. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Your item must then be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request. For split shipments, the return window begins when your final package is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original garment packaging, including the SKU label

Items returned outside these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the return entirely.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, cover-ups)
  • Intimates / Lingerie / Loungewear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty & cosmetics
  • Face masks

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged on arrival or we shipped the wrong product.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@cleangirlstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

How to Start a Return

Email support@cleangirlstore.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. After that, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days of our confirmation email, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still need help, email us at support@cleangirlstore.com.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. We process orders within 1-3 business days — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and standard return rules apply.
